• Sleeping well is very important. If you sleep three-four hours a day or even less you do everything autopilot during the day you feel exhausted & this state you are unlikely to be attractive. Healthy sleep is extremely important for every aspect your life.
If you follow these tips you will instantly feel yourself more beautiful. If you keep working at yourself I promise you that a couple months you will be greatly surprised that you could consider yourself unattractive some time before.
